World Languages

The World Language Department at Bangor Area High School offers instruction in French and Spanish from Level I through Advanced Placement. Our program focuses on building students’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in the target language. Through engaging activities and meaningful practice, students develop the ability to interact and negotiate meaning in both spoken and written conversations, allowing them to share information, express reactions, and communicate feelings and opinions with confidence.
